The tent body is made with no-see-um grade mesh to provide bug-free protection and a wide-open view of the stars on dry, warm nights. When the weather turns, you will be prepared with the bathtub style floor that extends 3 inches up the sidewall and ripstop nylon rainfly with heavy duty silicone waterproof backing. The rainfly and floor both feature taped seams for total waterproof performance. The tent’s packed weight is 4.15 pounds, and the trail weight is only 3.55 pounds with the tent, rainfly, and pole set. The shock corded pole set is crafted with T6 6061 8.55mm aluminum alloy for ultralight portability. With almost 20 square feet of interior space and a rainfly vestibule that adds another 6.5 square feet of protected storage area, the Bear Creek Solo Tent offers roomy accommodation for one person and their gear with a lightweight construction.
